Here at IFLY Aerial Fitness we run fun alternative fitness classes in Farnham, and Bordon. We have an awesome team of instructors who are are fully qualified and have had years of experience so when joining our classes you know you are in the best hands!
We teach Pole dance, Aerial Hoop, Strength and conditioning and stretch and flexibility classes for adults and have launched our Circus School for Kids which offers Aerial classes, Birthday parties, holiday camps and workshops.

Our Classes
Aerial Strength and Conditioning
Time to get strong! Our Aerial Strength and conditioning sessions are circuit based training, specifically designed to help build your upper body and core strength to help complement your Aerial or Pole training! This incorporates both Aerial and floor based exercises.
POLE DANCE FITNESS
Pole dance fitness is a full body workout and a fantastic way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. We understand it can be daunting coming to a pole class on your own for the first time, so we are proud to have built a friendly and supportive community and most importantly a safe environment for you to learn Pole dancing.
KIDS CLASSES
After receiving huge interest in bringing Aerial Kids classes to the area we launched Ifly Circus School. We are very excited to be now offering Aerial Hoop classes from ages 6+, Birthday parties, Workshops and Toddler stay and play sessions.
AERIAL HOOP
If you’ve every fancied running away with the circus then this might be the class for you. Our Aerial Hoop classes are great for improving strength, balance and co-ordination and keeping fit all whilst have loads of fun doing it!
